Time and Attendance Software
Our Time and Attendance Software is fully integrated with our Payroll module, and can link with any of the following hardware devices that we also supply: Electronic Coin Scanner, Remote Clocking, Portable Fingerprint Reader, Biometric Fingerprint Reader, Biometric Facial Recognition Device and Access Control.
Farm Management Software
This software package has been designed to consolidate and analyse the information necessary to manage a farming operation within the South African agricultural environment. Record keeping is currently playing an integral part in farming, the Donkerhoek Data Farm Management suite will fulfil all the record keeping needs of your farming business.
Remote Clocking
A cloud-based, mobile-first clocking solution for Time and Attendance, Piecework, Job Costing and Weighing. By leveraging the latest web and mobile technologies, we’ve built an easy-to-use mobile access control terminal application that works well under constrained network conditions with best-effort real-time synchronization of employee and clocking data.
Fuel Management Hardware
Our Fuel Management System has been designed to provide control and management of fuel being issued on your premises. The heart of the system is an electronic control box, which is used to record data and open a valve or switch on a pump, allowing fuel to be issued.
Time and Attendance Terminals
In addition to our software products , we also supply hardware products for Time & Attendance, Piecework and Access Control that integrates directly with our software.
